ValvTechnologies subsidiary, MCE Group, is an international design and plant system integrations company. Based in the United Kingdon, MCE Group has been in operation for over 30 years. They offers engineering design in power plant integration, industrial fire detection and protection systems, PLC/SCADA control systems, aluminum smelting, power generation and oil & gas.
- Valve services include standard service for routine needs or Total Valve Management (TVM) program.

Located in Northwest Houston, ValvTechnologies subsidiary Spartak
Products specializes in machining accommodating materials up to 120
inches in diameter and up to 22 tons.
On-site technology includes:

- CNC Horizontal Boring Mill
- Multiple CNC Lathing Machines
- CNC Machining Centers
Spartak can also accommodate requests via manual equipment, inspection
and material handling equipment. The 20,000 square foot building that
houses Spartak features up-to-date equipment and is able to respond
equally effective to both short and long-term projects. Spartak is DNV
ISO 9001 certified.
Celtex Industries, located in White
Oak, Texas, provides sales and service of electric, pneumatic and
hydraulic actuated valves. As a subsidiary of ValvTechnologies, Celtex
offers the ValvTechnologies full line of metal seated ball valves.
Celtex also distributes gate, globe, butterfly and soft seated ball
valves through other vendors, in addition to a full range of actuation
products. On-site repair and installation services are available 24
hours a day.
