is committed to helping our global network of customers maintain peak valve performance. Twenty-five factory authorized service centers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with valve installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and actuator maintenance.
Valvtechnologies encourages end users to apply the principles of Asset Management to their installed valve population. The Valvtechnologies Total Valve Management (TVM) program utilizes next-generation thermal and acoustic monitoring instruments, as well as a database of performance tables to help customers monitor valve performance. These tools allow predictive and preventative maintenance programs to be fine-tuned for very large or very small valve populations. TVM can be as simple as a valve survey, or as comprehensive as the management of all valve work during your next outage from erecting scaffolds to repairing, installing, welding and stress relieving.
The Service Department of Valvtechnologies, Inc. is headquartered in Houston but extends throughout the world. Our factory field service representatives can be quickly dispatched for the simple things like a gland packing leak, or, for the complex things like field lapping a ball to a new end cap. Whatever the problem, we offer the right solution.
The Service Department periodically conducts training seminars for dealer personnel certifying them to service our complete product line. Our expanding network of authorized and proposed authorized service repair centers are uniquely qualified to provide you with an assortment of services such as:
